Through eco-printing, a sustainable way to transfer the unique language of leaves and flowers on fabric or paper, I found a living art, a way to bring Nature to life that engages so many parts of myself. It begins with the act of walking, noticing plants that make up my ecosystem, learning how and if each will print, experimenting with ones unknown. Always present is a deep gratitude for the beauty and diversity of life’s expression. I then place leaves and flowers I gather on fabric in whatever ways inspire me in the moment.
