Vessels and Altarscapes presents layered, mixed-media works that honor the female form as both container and foundation. Drawing inspiration from Ireland’s stone walls and the quiet strength of women—sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and friends—these pieces reflect themes of memory, resilience, and connection. Through expressive mark-making, torn papers, and richly textured layers, the figures emerge as both vessels of lived experience and altars that celebrate the collective community of women.

Liggett Studios is located in the East End Village District of Downtown Tulsa. We have artist Studio Spaces, the Gallery, and a Paper-making Lab. Liggett Studio offers a wide range of Tulsa art classes and creative workshops taught by local artists. From drawing and illustration to terrarium design, printmaking, and seasonal craft workshops, our classes are designed for all skill levels—whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist. Located in the heart of Tulsa, Liggett Studio provides hands-on learning, small class sizes, and a welcoming artist community.
