Artist Statement: My ink drawings represent automatistic art, pure and simple. The creation process is very relaxing for me, and is a form of meditation. I typically do these drawings in the evening as a way to wind down from the day’s events. For It’s a Fine Line #2, the drawing was done with my dominant hand, and with my eyes closed. The pen was free to move as it wanted to across the surface.
