Peter Hay is an arts administrator, teacher, visual, and conceptual artist. His personal body of work is based upon embellishments of current ecological issues, which could be described as environmental realism. Hay has an Associates of Art from Northern Oklahoma College, a Bachelors of Art from Northeastern State University, and a Master of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech University. Previously, he was Director of Development and Public Relations for the contemporary art incubator and exhibition space, Living Arts of Tulsa, Inc. as well as a past artist/owner of Studio & Gallery in Durango, CO. Hay is currently Exhibits Director of the Durango Arts Center and art instructor for Pueblo Community College.
